Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst

One of our clients in St. Petersburg Florida is looking for a Senior PeopleSoft developer for a 3 month contract that will roll permanent after that. This is a great opportunity with an excellent organization in the Tampa Bay Area. Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Analyze system requirements, including identifying program interactions and interfaces with affected components and sub systems.
Write programming specifications.
Prepare project plans and using project management tools.
Designing or modifying programs.
Designing files, input documents, reports, screens and user procedures.
Developing testing procedures.
Analyze test results and identify and correct program defects.
Design conversion procedures.
Evaluate effectiveness of data handling systems.
Conduct studies and investigations.
Develop system documentation.

Candidates with the following experience will be considered and possibly interviewed:
Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll, Time and Labor, HR and Benefits Administration.
Able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of the technical components of these modules, and demonstrate a good working knowledge of the business processes supported by these PeopleSoft applications.
Experienced in the design, development, testing and debugging custom Time and Labor Rules.
Experienced in applying Tax Updates and product bundles and fixes
Experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, AppEngine, SQR, SQL and COBOL
Experienced in debugging PeopleSoft COBOL and PeopleCode
.Net development experience is a plus, especially with C#
Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.

Senior Systems Analyst

One of our top clients in St. Petersburg Florida is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst. Candidates must have previouse experience with data warehouse and business intelligence as this possition will be working with the data warehouse initiatives of the company. This will be a three month contract that will roll permanent after that. Other skills that are required include:

ASP experience is most important; it can be in either Java or VB Script, with VB Script being the preferred.
6+ years experience in NT SQL, ASP, Java, VB Script C# a plus SQL Server Reporting Services 2+ years Experience working with Business Intelligence toolsets (I.e. ProClarity, Business Objects, etc.)
MDX – very nice to have OLAP / SQL Server Analysis Services experience – nice to have Ability to accurately complete SDLC technical documentation
Ability to work with end users to analyze and determine requirements Team player

Windows development, specifically VB, VB.NET and C#.NET
COBOL/Tandem
SQL is a plus

C# .NET Developer

Our client located in Tampa is in need of a C#.NET Programmer for a 4-6 month contract.
Minimum three years of development experience with a strong foundation in C#.NET or VB.NET. Oracle is prefered, but I will submit candidates who only have the SQL expereince.
